Food Safety Certifications: ServeSafe, Choke Saver, Allergen

Thanks to support from the federal Food and Drug Administration, FRCOG is able to offer this low-cost certification for people working in food establishments in the member towns of the FRCOG’s Cooperative Public Health Service health district. Member towns are Buckland, Charlemont, Conway, Deerfield, Gill, Hawley, Heath, Leyden, Monroe, Rowe & Shelburne. Others may register as of 9/21. NOTE: Workshop is held at Red Gate Farm in Buckland.
