| Have you experienced disputes on your farm? With neighbors? Workplace interactions with your staff? Perhaps you are facing a farm transition or conflict over agricultural and leasing issues. Agricultural Mediation services in Berkshire County recently expanded to cover all of these and more. Program Director, Kayla Wendling will be joined by New York Ag Mediation Statewide Director, Claudia Kenny to share skills and knowledge about approaches to conflict, what mediation is, and services available in each state. |
