Cultured Dairy Workshop

Making dairy ferments at home is a delicious, fun and cost-effective way to add probiotics to your diet, and make lactose more digestable. In this hands-on class you will learn how to make yogurt, kefir & a simple fresh cheese. Taste our homemade dairy ferments during class!

Cultured Dairy is part of a 3 session fermentation course.
