Sign up for CISA's enewsAt Amherst Mushroom Company, we grow gourmet mushrooms in an eco-conscious barn on a farm in South Amherst while working to protect and steward the surrounding land. Our farm is home to forests, wetlands, and vernal pools that support local wildlife.
We grow fresh mushrooms such as lion’s mane, chestnut, and oyster varieties, shiitakes, and maitake, along with dried mushrooms that bring rich flavor to home kitchens and local restaurants. Our mushrooms are grown year-round using carefully managed indoor growing spaces.
You can find us at local farmers’ markets, through select local retailers, and at community events around Massachusetts. We’re always happy to share what we’re growing and talk about farming, food, and conservation.
