Stop in for Absolutely local, absolutely delicious, milk, eggs, produce, beef, grocery, prepared foods, beer, wine, and craft items from around Western Massachusetts. And of course enjoy our decadent homemade goodies from the bakery made with family recipes and local ingredients.

We offer a drive thru for those days when you just need to grab your coffee or lunch in a hurry. We also offer seating areas inside and out for those who want to stay and enjoy the beautiful view. Barstow’s offers a variety of family fun events throughout the year like Burger Nights, Pasture Day, and Winter Dinners. Visit us to select from our frozen homemade prepared foods for an easy dinner at home. Place your holiday pie, summer picnic salads, or office party platters with our bakery staff. Barstow’s Dairy Store and Bakery offers a light working breakfast for the busy commuter and a lunch menu fit for a leisurely drive down scenic byway Route 47. Sandwiches, homemade soups, and salads are the main event made with fresh, quality ingredients and always a focus on what is local and in season. The store also has a Kid’s Menu.
Born out of the dream of farmers’ daughter, Shannon Barstow, the bakery case is filled with treats made from family recipes. Baked goods are fresh and baked daily also reflecting what is in season. From zucchini bread to pumpkin whoopie pies and apple crisp to strawberry rhubarb pie we keep things fun in the bakery. And of course carry the staples like cinnamon swirls, blueberry muffins, and apple pie.
Barstow’s has a drive thru for mornings when you’re in a rush. We serve local ice cream, local coffee, local produce, and local milk. The store carries the necessary groceries, eggs, cheese, sweet corn, and Barstow’s farm raised beef. And our frozen prepared foods freezer is kept socked with homemade soups, chili, chicken tenders, meatballs, chicken pot pies, handmade pierogi, and more.
In the summer, Barstow’s hosts a series of Burger Nights where we feature our Barstow’s farm raised beef. In the winter we host Winter Dinners.
