Birch Brook Farm

1st generation family farm in the hills of western Massachusetts raising beef, pork, chicken, & turkey. Selling pork on the hoof by wholes and half. Beef shares on the hoof as whole, half or quarter. We believe animals should be raised as the animals should be, pigs rooting in the woods, cattle grazing open fields, chickens and turkeys scratching the grounding and searching for bugs. Our small scale farm focus on the well being of the animals & the land.

We use rotational grazing and are integrating regenerative practices to help grow the soil health and produce better quality pastures and forest lands for our animals.
