I sell vegetables and value added products at the West Springfield Farmers Market as well as at La Finca at Nuestras Raíces, at 24 Jones Ferry Rd. in Holyoke, MA. I make hot sauce from red Thai chill peppers, green Thai chili peppers, and Dalle chili peppers. All are vegan, non GMO, and diabetic friendly! No preservatives, just pure vegetable goodness!
I also provide catering services, with fresh food from the farm to your plate. From Spanish food to Indian food, I specialize in vegan, vegetarian, and Halal dishes.
