We grow and sell forest mushrooms and grow your own, inoculated mushroom logs from our farm in Heath Massachusetts. We also offer classes on how to grow forest mushrooms and how to forage for wild edibles and mushrooms.

How We Grow
We provide sustainably produced and foraged mushrooms, mushroom products and seasonal greens to the Tuesday Market in Northampton, (behind Thorns Market) and others. We also deliver wholesale shiitake mushrooms to local grocery stores, farm stands and restaurants.
We will book your requests for custom, educational foraging and mushroom cultivation experiences both for private individuals and groups as well as to local schools, libraries and civic groups at our or your farm, woodland or other location.
