We provide fresh shiitake mushrooms, forest grown on select hardwood logs, from May-November, and dried shiitake mushrooms year-round. We also have mushroom tinctures, soap, and inoculated oak and sugar maple logs so that you can grow shiitake mushrooms on your own. Foraged wild mushrooms available seasonally.
