Hartman’s will be hosting a dinner using the fresh vegetables and herbs that we grow on the farm as well as some of our own naturally raised pork. Taste what a difference it is to eat your own fresh meats and vegetables from the farm. We will also serve our own homemade goat cheese for you to sample. Sample our fresh pesto made from our basil . This is a great time to celebrate the fall harvest and all that it has to offer. Local Beef will be served for an all-around fresh and fantastic meal! Wine and beer will be for sale. Appetizers:
Pesto Shells, Goat Cheese,
Ham Kebobs
Salad & Biscuits

Entrees:
Roast Stuffed Pork, Grilled Beef Tips, Butternut Ravioli

Sides:
Roasted Butternut, Parsnips, Sweet Potatoes
Kale & Broccoli
Roasted Herb Potatoes

Dessert using fresh local Apples! (Apple Bavarian Torte)
