Highly-experienced farmers Chris Dutton & Don Zasada will share in-depth lessons learned from hiring, training & working with hundreds of farm crew members, including how to adjust farm systems to cope with employee turnover, dealing with “that one bad apple”, and developing an engaged, productive and efficient crew. Practical information will be highlighted.
