The Livestock Institute of Southern New England and Bristol Aggie are co-hosting the first annual Southern New England Livestock Conference. The conference will provide a platform to share information on best practices for humanely raising livestock, humane slaughter and processing, and marketing of meat products. Topics include animal nutrition, soil management for pastures, grazing and pasture management, exploring the rules and regulations for livestock farmers, health care and humane treatment of farm animals, adding value to your meat products, and much more.
