As with local craft beer and food, there will be a lot of consumers interested in accessing high-quality craft cannabis grown by local farmers in a sustainable way.
This interactive workshop and networking event is for growers who are interested in cultivating Cannabis using organic methods on their land for this new market. We’ll cover all the basics to get you started on your path toward cultivating cannabis either on your own as part of a cooperative.

We're starting to make connections with the Great Falls Discovery Center, Montague Parks & Rec, the Skate Park, RiverCulture, Shade Tree Commission, and the Board of Selectmen. We're excited to be co-creating fun community events and growing local resiliency.

Farm Employment Law 101

Organic Vegetable Gardening
Berkshire Botanical Garden Route 102 and 183, Stockbridge, MADesigned for those starting or caring for a vegetable garden, this course will include discussion of soil and nutrient management, no-till practices, seed selection, crop rotation schemes, bed preparation, seeding and planting, pest management, and specific plant cultivation, all in the context of the different vegetable groups.
