NEPM: Diemand Farm

Monte, Kaliis, and Jennifer head to Wendall to celebrate 90 years of this beautiful farm.

They raise turkeys, chickens for eggs and meat, and cattle for beef. “We’re constantly trying to see what we can do to make the raising of animals better,” says Annie Diemand, of Diemand Farm.

The farm supplies local schools, such as UMass Amherst Dining Services, Mount Holyoke Dining, Deerfield Academy. Local retailers carrying Diemand Farm products include River Valley Coop, Long River Produce Market, Atkins Farm Market, Franklin Community Co-op, Greenfield.
