Claire, Monte, and Kaliis talk to Joe Igneri, Tabitha Salfrank and Lexi Badelucci from Local Burger about their incredibly good (and incredibly inventive) food, often featuring the flavors of local farms. As their fan base grows, they’ve expanded from their first restaurant in Northampton to now having FOUR locations. Each is known for being a little different: Northampton is the biggest, Haydenville (open seasonally) has barbecue straight from the smoker, Easthampton has the most drink options, and Keene NH…is in NH!
