Livingstone Mycology is a specialty mushroom company in Williamsburg. We offer a variety of fresh gourmet mushrooms and mushroom products. By utilizing state of the art extraction techniques we can provide high quality mushroom supplements. We upcycle underutilized resources like coffee grounds for mushroom substrate. We use both traditional and unconventional sustainable methods of mushroom production to offer the consumer the best available product. We can be found at farmer’s markets in all four counties of western Mass.
