It’s granola time! Claire brings Chelsea Beaudry, founder of Sweet Babu’s in Chicopee, to tell Monte and Kaliis about:

• How she founded the company in her kitchen in 2021, got her start selling at farmers’ markets, and now employs four people!
• Using the sweetest local ingredients, including maple syrup from Justamere Tree Farm in Worthington and honey from Shelburne Honey Company, and sourcing from small farms and companies when they have to get ingredients from elsewhere.
