Our dining program is focused on serving great food one plate at a time. We are committed to fresh and sustainable ingredients. Our partnership with Book and Plow Farm allowed us to bring 16,000 pounds of fresh produce right to our community from food grown on our campus. This all happens in support of our diverse academic community.
