About

We are a small, no-till vegetable farm that is part of a cooperative farm project on the slopes of Mt. Warner, alongside Carr’s Ciderhouse and Meadowfed Lamb! Customers can find our seasonal produce at the farmstand/veggie cart at 295 River Dr, Hadley, as well as fresh eggs/meat raised by Meadowfed and a range of cider products made by Carr’s.

We grow a wide array of vegetables and love to select varieties with strong culinary heritage. At the height of the summer season, you can find heirloom tomatoes, hot and sweet peppers, fresh herbs, melon, eggplant and much more on our self-serve veggie cart. In the fall, we make onion and garlic braids that double as staple cooking ingredients and beautiful, seasonal decorations!

How We Grow

Our small-scale, no-till growing practices are centered around soil health! The vast majority of our farming is done with hand-powered tools that keep soil disturbance to a minimum, and our biggest goal each season is to build fertility and maintain healthy soil full of microbial, fungal, and insect life. We’ve also established wildflower strips and hedgerows throughout our plot to attract pollinators and other beneficial insects. Although we are not yet certified organic, we employ organic practices in every part of our operation.

Farm Stand

Our farmstand is self-serve and open every day, year-round, except in cases of extreme weather. Vegetable selection/availability depends on the season.
