CISA is comprised of 19 full- and part-time employees working out of South Deerfield. Our staff is talented and committed with a strong background in agriculture, marketing, development, management and community building.

In addition to our staff and Board, CISA relies on volunteers and interns to help us with everything from office work to public education events.

Interns

CISA welcomes interns to work and learn with us. Most of our internships are unpaid, but we will work with your school to help you get credit, participate in a school-funded internship program, or earn work-study hours.
