About

We raise rare heritage breed pigs and cattle on rotating pastures. Our animals are organically fed, cattle on grass only. Variety of cuts, sausages, & specialty items available at the farm & the Ashfield & Florence Farmer’s Markets. Our farm and slaughterhouse are Animal Welfare Approved. Registered GOS breeders and Dexters for sale. Rare breed turkeys pre-ordered for Thanksgiving. Check our website for prices, availability, and directions. Located in an historic part of Plainfield, our farm, now in APR & Forest Stewardship, is bordered by an old cemetery & mill. We welcome visitors & tours & offer educational programs. One quarter mile from the Franklin Land Trust Guyette property for lovely hikes. Best to call the night before your visit to assure farmer’s availability.
